Executive Coaching

We provide executive coaching to individuals looking to achieve personal and professional goals such as to improve work/life balance, motivation, assertiveness, organization, one’s ability to cope with challenging inter-personal issues, and to navigate difficult life or career transitions, as well as to over-come perfectionistic tendencies and imposter syndrome.

What is executive coaching?

Executive coaching is intended to help individuals to achieve specific goals that facilitate personal development while enhancing effectiveness in one’s organizational role. Many successful people struggle with identifiable issues such as communicating skillfully and assertively, conscientiousness, staying motivated and engaged, maximizing work/life balance, tolerating or providing criticism, overcoming perfectionism and imposter syndrome, excelling in relationships, and undertaking life or career transitions. Executive coaching may help to provide you with skills to be better able to navigate these types of challenges, enabling you to improve your level of personal and professional functioning. Executive coaching generally provides a space to pause and reflect on your abilities, and to gain insight into your strengths and challenges, in addition to learning specific skillsets intended to improve your effectiveness.

What’s the process like?

An assessment will be provided in our introductory session in which we will identify goals and develop a plan to meet these targets. Executive coaching can be short-term, lasting only a few sessions, or long-term, lasting for months or years, depending on one’s goals and their complexities.

Sessions are typically 50-minutes in length.
